Extruders
The Polymers Technology Center maintains three innovative compounding lines for research, as well as full-scale production needs.
Below is a list of our extruders:
- Leistritz ZSE Maxx 50mm, 40:1
- Leistritz ZSE Maxx 50mm, 44:1
- Leistritz 40mm Maxx, 44:1
- Leistritz Maxx 27mm, 40:1
Feed Capabilities
The Polymers Technology Center maintains gravimetric feeders and side feeding for accurate and reliable feeding of additives and fillers.
We can feed any of the following:
- Pellets
- Powders
- Flakes
- Granules
- Fibers
- Liquids

The Polymers Technology Center also offers customized packaging and labeling.
Mixaco Mixer
Mixaco has consigned PCE one of their Speedy 50 SD Mixers. This is a high speed mixer for dry solids and liquids which will allow us to intensely mix additives or masterbatches.
